Following the invitation to the Project Board and after reviewing the draft 2026 Work Plan of the EDA project, I would like to share a brief proposal that may complement the current implementation framework.
The project demonstrates strong institutional and analytical progress, particularly in establishing the Coordination Centre and developing methodologies for environmental damage assessment.
At the same time, I see an opportunity to further strengthen the project’s impact through a structured policy communication component, aimed at translating technical outputs into accessible formats for Parliament, stakeholders and the wider public.
To illustrate this approach, I am sharing a separate concept proposal outlining a possible implementation model, including indicative deliverables and budget.
I would highly appreciate your feedback on whether such a component could be relevant within the current or upcoming phases of the project.
